On the top floor of the Hotel Valadier, the HI-Res High Restaurant and
Terrace lounge offer an unforgettable setting overlooking the domes and
the typical Roman rooftops from the beautiful terrace.

On the street level with separate entrance, the Brillo Parlante
wine-bar, enoteca, restaurant and pizzeria offer a wonderful selection
of wines and cheese. There are outside tables all year round and they
serve meals through out the day and are open late into the night.

On the first floor of the 'Hotel Valadier, you will find the Valentino
restaurant that offers a refined menu of gastronomic creations that
change from season to season depending on the fresh ingredients
available.

On the reception floor of the Hotel Valadier, you will find the Piano
bar, with its cozy inviting atmosphere, inviting you to come and relax

Here you will find an entire floor dedicated to a Congress Center. There
are three multifunctional rooms with a large entrance, meeting area,
wardrobe and services. The surroundings are decorated in marble and
